the day after

This was not only the day after throwing up nine times, but also the first time Arlo has been at home alone in his crate for 7 hours.
From 4 to 5, while at work I was kinda freaking out. I thought he would have to go outside or get some water or something - and there was nothing I could do about it 6 miles away at work.
I got home, opened his crate and took him for a long walk.

I think he's fine.
